Ebatesctrad India Private Limited specializes in the development and distribution of digital software applications and digital content. Because digital goods are immediately accessible upon download, our standard policy is that all sales are final.
Our applications are sold exclusively through third-party platforms such as the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Microsoft Store, and Gumroad. Therefore, all payment processing, cancellations, and refund requests are handled directly by the respective platform where the purchase was made, in accordance with their specific consumer refund policies.
If you experience a critical technical issue with our software, please request a refund directly through the store interface (e.g., via your Google Play order history or Apple report a problem page) within the time frame allowed by that specific platform.
